What is the Boardoff Bar?

The Boardoff Bar allows you to train various kite tricks on land and make consistent progress without relying on the wind.

How high can I mount it?

The Boardoff Bar can be mounted anywhere from 2 to 5 meters high. With an adjustable carabiner and multiple combinable slings, you can ALWAYS dial in the perfect setup for your training.

Where can I attach it?

Thanks to the various slings provided you can mount it anywhere — from pull-up bars and TRX mounts to trees (up to 5 m), soccer goals, kids swing, basketball hoops or calisthenics parks. As long as it can support your weight you're good to go.

Return policy

We want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund. Return shipping costs are at your expense.

Shipping and taxes

We ship from Switzerland. Our products are assembled in Switzerland using a combination swiss and international components. Depending on your country, you may be required to pay customs duties or VAT upon delivery.

Saftey and Use

What is the maximum user weight?

The Boardoff Trainer Bar and the slings are designed for users up to 120 kg. It has been strength-tested to withstand loads exceeding 360 kg, exceeding the ISO standard for kitesurf quick-release systems.

How to use this product safely?

Do not invert
Remember you are training on hard surface not water. To minimize the risk of unhooking, do not perform inverted (upside-down) movements. Always use the chicken dick to ensure the chicken loop stays securely in your harness.

Use slings to connect
When using slings, the rotational force is absorbed by the slings instead. Longer slings allow for more rotations and smoother spinning. If you connect the Boardoff Bar directly to an anchor point using the carabiner without the slings, do not perform more than 1 rotation either side, as this may affect the adjustable locking mechanism.


This product is designed for land training — unlike water, impacts can be harder. Always train responsibly and use appropriate safety awareness.

How can I cancel my order?
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted before the order is fulfilled.
  • Because orders ship quickly, please contact us immediately with your request.
  • If the order has already shipped, you may refuse delivery and the courier will return it to us.
  • Returned shipments are inspected upon arrival. Please allow 3 business days after delivery for processing.
